Transparent Pricing
You Only Pay When We Recover
No upfront costs, no hidden charges, and no fees to front for federal IDR. Our success is tied directly to yours.
Percentage of Recovery
A competitive percentage on successful reimbursement only. If we don't recover anything, there's nothing to pay.
CMS & IDRE Fees Covered
Every federal IDR dispute carries a non-refundable administrative fee and a certified IDR entity fee. We absorb all of them.
No Win, No Fee
If we lose, we cover all costs, including CMS and IDRE fees. You pay nothing. Your financial risk is zero.
Why It Works This Way
We only profit when you do, so we only file disputes we believe are eligible and winnable. That's why every claim goes through a pre-filing eligibility check before a dollar is spent. Filing ineligible disputes wastes the fee, and under this model the fee is ours.
Pricing Questions
- What percentage do you charge?
- A competitive percentage of what we successfully recover, and only on successful reimbursement. Get in touch for the rate that applies to your practice.
- Who pays the federal IDR fees?
- We do. Federal IDR involves a non-refundable administrative fee and a certified IDR entity fee. We absorb both. If a dispute is lost, you owe nothing.
- Is there a setup fee, minimum or retainer?
- No. Nothing is due until we secure your reimbursement.
- What if a claim settles in open negotiation instead of going to IDR?
- That's a recovery like any other. Settling in open negotiation is often the fastest and cheapest outcome for everyone.
